A nationally recognised advocate for immigrant rights, Walsh has dedicated her career to helping families navigate the complex legal landscape of U.S. immigration. She is the founder of New Frontier Immigration Law, a former law professor, and has successfully represented clients at all levels of the judicial system, including the U.S. Supreme Court.

A history of advocacy
Walsh has more than 13 years of legal experience and is known for her bold approach to challenging systemic barriers within U.S. immigration law. Her previous TEDx talk, “Captives Among Us: How U.S. Immigration Law Perpetuates Injustice”, highlighted the struggles faced by immigrants and proposed legal solutions for a more humane system.
In addition to her legal work, she is the founder of Arizona’s only 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to supporting undocumented survivors of human trafficking.
