On 31 May 2025, professionals from across the industry will gather at the Grand Hyatt Convention Centre in Dubai for a complimentary session dedicated to mastering off-plan project sales—a vital competency in the city’s fast-evolving property landscape.
The initiative is backed by Al Safi Bank, the first Islamic bank established under the AIFC, which provides cross-border, Sharia-compliant financial services tailored for international clients.
Hosting the event is Spencer Lodge, an influential business figure and media personality in the region. With plans to break a Guinness World Record, the training session will place Dubai at the centre of global property education.
Dr Nour El-Serougy, a seasoned expert with more than two decades of experience, will lead the training. As a recognised thought leader in real estate and PropTech—and a Guinness titleholder—he brings unmatched credibility to the event.
An expert panel discussion will follow the training, centred on investment opportunities within Dubai Islands. Speakers will include Mr Ismael Al Hammadi, Mr Nazish Khan, Ms Sonia Waters, and Dr El-Serougy, each contributing unique insight into the future of the region’s real estate.
Government officials and regulatory stakeholders will also be present, reinforcing Dubai’s reputation as a leader in innovation and education.
