Pitchfork Festival CDMX 2026 has confirmed its complete lineup, with Umru and Tygapaw now added to a bill that already featured American Football, Lido Pimienta, Perfume Genius, Safety Trance, and Immasoul. The festival runs from 19 to 27 September across three Mexico City venues: Orbe, Foro Indie Rocks!, and Casa del Lago.
The closing night on Sunday 27 September falls to Wendy Eisenberg, rounding off a nine-day run that spans a broad sweep of sounds, from American Football’s post-rock architecture to the electronic and club-adjacent work of acts like Umru and Tygapaw. The full roster also includes Alameda, Baby Milosz, CFCF, Emma D’Luna, EQ, Freddy Moreno, Guapis, Leevay, Meat Computer, and Yaspg, making it one of the more eclectic and genuinely cross-genre bills the festival has assembled.
Pitchfork Festival CDMX 2026: the Full Lineup
The complete lineup reads: Alameda, American Football, Baby Milosz, CFCF, Emma D’Luna, EQ, Freddy Moreno, Guapis, Immasoul, Leevay, Lido Pimienta, Meat Computer, Perfume Genius, Safety Trance, Tygapaw, Umru, Wendy Eisenberg, and Yaspg. That is a mix of internationally recognised names alongside artists rooted in Mexico City’s own scenes, which has been a consistent feature of the CDMX edition’s approach.
Orbe pulls double duty this year. Beyond the main festival programme, it hosts an afterparty tied to Robyn’s Sexistential tour, with Guapis, Umru, and Meat Computer among those on the bill. It is a neat bit of programming overlap that positions the CDMX festival as more than a standalone weekend, there is a surrounding ecosystem of events that extends the thing beyond its headline slots.
Part of a Wider Pitchfork Festival Circuit
The CDMX event sits alongside Pitchfork‘s festivals in Paris and London, continuing the publication’s international expansion beyond its original Chicago base. Mexico City has clearly become a genuine fixture in that circuit rather than a one-off experiment, and the 2026 lineup suggests the curatorial appetite for the city’s edition is not diminishing.
Three venues across the nine days gives the festival a sprawling, city-embedded character rather than the self-contained compound feel of many European festival formats. Casa del Lago, sitting within the Bosque de Chapultepec, brings a particular atmosphere to proceedings that a purpose-built festival site could not replicate. Orbe and Foro Indie Rocks! bring their own distinct identities to the spread.
Tickets are available now through Fever. For updates, the festival runs accounts at @pitchforkcdmx across X, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and the official festival site is pitchforkmusicfestival.mx.
With Wendy Eisenberg closing it out on the final Sunday, the 2026 edition ends on a considered, understated note, which, given the breadth of what precedes it across those nine days, feels about right.
