We’re bringing together a stellar line up of rising stars and international acts for BBC Music Introducing LIVE 18’. They’ll be giving attendees behind-the-scenes insights into their careers in an unparalleled series of interviews and panel discussions throughout each day at Tobacco Dock.

Thursday 8 November

Paul Smith of Maximo Park will be sharing ‘How to Write a Hit’.

Mercury Prize winner Speech Debelle is set to give an insight into the grants on offer from the Arts Council in ‘Getting Funding For Your Music Career’.

Rocky (X-Press 2) will be part of 'AFEM Presents: Electric Minds: Wellbeing & Mental Health in Electronic Music'.

Friday 9 November

BBC Music Introducing alum Gabrielle Aplin will be sharing ‘How to Write a Hit'

Fresh from the release of his debut album Basic Volume via WARP and a Boiler Room commissioned art installation at Somerset House marking 70 years of Windrush, Gaika will join Love Music Hate Racisms panel.

British DJ and entertainment lawyer Jules O'Riordan AKA Judge Jules, will be sharing invaluable legal advice in a dedicated ‘What's In A Recording Contract?’ panel.

THE FAC (Featured Artists Coalition) will present 'Where's The Money?' with rising stars ShaoDow and Emma McGann.

Saturday 10 November

Best known as one quarter of multi-platinum pop rock group McFly, Danny Jones will be sharing his insights into 'Making it in Pop Music'

Twin Atlantic's Sam McTrusty will be sharing his insight into making it as an artist outside of London. 

Want to know how to release a track independently? Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly will be offering advice in our  Self releasing: The DIY Guide To Getting Your Music Out There’ panel.

Songwriters should not miss Circa Wave's Kieran Shudall speaking as part of our 'Art of Songwriting' panel.

Once dubbed ‘The Poster Boy of Grime’, Novelist will be joining the PRS Foundation for an exclusive live interview.
