About Stef Pascual
Stef Pascual is Head of Digital at Crown, handling digital strategy and marketing for a variety of music, live events, media clients and brands like Fusion Festival, Becky Hill, Ella Henderson and Stacey Solomon.
She is also one half of Silent Cult Records, an independent label founded in 2017 that have been making waves in the rock and metal community, releasing albums by Palm Reader, LOOM, Funeral Shakes and EMP!RE.
After a couple of years interning at a label in Barcelona, Stef realised the potential of digital marketing, data analysis and online audience building. She moved to London and found in The state51 Conspiracy the perfect environment to develop her career and be part of a new generation of industry troublemakers that push for innovation and change.
As Head of Digital at Sony Red / Essential, she worked with labels like Cooking Vinyl, Nettwerk, Easy Life, Thirty Tigers, Full Time Hobby, Snapper, Napalm, Boy Better Know and FatCat.
In 2017, as part of the Master of Arts in Global Entertainment and Music Business, she lectured on Digital Marketing and Social Media at Berklee College in Valencia.
