    About Rachel

    Rachel H’s career spans over 25 years in the music industry. She has been part of many music projects from their inception through to winning major awards for her work. Rachel started in the Music industry managing recording studios and record producers. Rachel is highly skilled in PR and Marketing and set up the successful Main Source Promotions company specialising in plugging and promoting Drum & Bass and Hip Hop labels and artists including, Roni Size, Jamiroquai, Talkin Loud Records, Andy C and RAM Records, General Levy and many more.

    Rachel worked at BBC Radio One producing specialist shows including the UK Garage Dreem Teem and Fabio & Grooverider’s

    ‘One In The Jungle’, before moving on as part of the team that set up the Black Music Network BBC Radio 1Xtra, producing and managing the Drum & Bass shows.

    Rachel qualified with a PGCE and works in training and education. She was part of the team that set up the UTC Global Academy as part of the Global Radio project. She has also managed college and community Radio projects around the country.

    Rachel’s passion is Radio and all things Broadcast.
