About Minnie Harding
I am responsible for all
influencer marketing activity and strategy for RCA across the roster. This role
is new within the label and I work closely with marketing, promo & digi to
ensure that our artists are continually amplified in niche and mainstream
culture. My role is to advise, build and
implement campaigns that increase the credibility of our artists and label via
an RCA owned influencer network, brand relationships and events.
I was previously at Adidas where I
led the Global Entertainment & Influencer Marketing team in London and was
responsible for some of the brand’s most talked about music partnerships,
working with the hottest young contemporary artists in the UK. My role encompassed all
Entertainment and Influencer activation, strategy and best practice across the
brand's priority categories - Originals, Football, Performance.
