Mark ‘Mitch’ Mitchell is Co-President of Parlophone Records, responsible for leading one of Britain’s most recognisable and successful record labels. He joined from Atlantic Records UK where he held several senior marketing positions until his appointment to General Manager in early 2012. During his time at Atlantic, Mitch was closely involved in three stellar Ed Sheeran campaigns, as well as successful album releases by Anne-Marie, Plan B, Bruno Mars, Clean Bandit, Jess Glynne, James Blunt and Rudimental.
Prior to Atlantic, Mitch established and ran King Harvest, a highly sought-after music marketing consultancy with clients including The Prodigy, Domino Records with acts like Arctic Monkeys and Franz Ferdinand, as well as Skint Records and Fatboy Slim.
Mitch was appointed to this leadership role at Parlophone in October 2017, and is responsible for driving the label’s strategy as well as overseeing all marketing, press, digital, design and promo functions. Since taking over at the helm, he has been instrumental in three top 10 albums from Lily Allen, Gorillaz and David Guetta.
