Kelly Bradshaw is Vice President and Brand Lead for MTV UKNEE. Responsible for MTV UK’s channel, content and brand strategy, Kelly manages programming, marketing, vod, music commissioning & production and talent & music.
She oversees a portfolio of eighteen channels in the UK, including the MTV, Vh1 & BET flagships and the UK’s No1 Music Network, plus a global suite of international music channels including MTV Live HD broadcast in 90 markets. Kelly also has oversight of MTV in the Nordics, Central and Eastern Europe (Poland) and Russia.
Kelly has commissioned hit MTV UK shows such as Teen Mom UK and The Charlotte Show and works in collaboration with MTV International on developing original programming hits such as Just Tattoo of Us. Under Kelly’s leadership, MTV UK has grown over 139% in the last 10 years, and in 2018 has delivered its highest share ever.
During Kelly’s tenure, MTV UK has won a series of awards including a 2018 UK Music Video Award for MTV Unplugged: Biffy Clyro, Creative Channel of the Year at Promax 2018 and Specialist Channel of the Year at Edinburgh TV Festival 2019. Prior to this, she worked for the BBC.
