    About Ellie

    Ellie is a London based charity, arts and events professional with 5 years’ experience spanning grant making, communications, partnerships, events and venue management.

    Ellie currently works as Creative Programme Officer for Help Musicians UK, the country’s leading independent music charity here she specialises in managing professional development programmes for musicians. She is a passionate advocate for the work of Help Musicians UK and de-mystifying the funding process, regularly talking on panels for organisations such as BBC Radio 1Xtra, Off the Record, BBC Introducing and the Association for Independent Festivals.

    She is a graduate of the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and has an MSc in Social Research from Goldsmiths University, here her research focused on the impact of smartphones and streaming on everyday personal music listening behaviour.
