    About Dom Frazer

    2015 saw the arrival of Originate Studios to The Boileroom; creating space, supporting artists and start ups. In all, the hub now houses over 26 creatives which include record labels, jewellers, tattoo artists, screen printers and it's very own hackspace initiative.

    This year BR was one of the first music venues to receive ACE funding for its programming, the venue also annually will facilitate approx 20 work experience, intern and engineer shadowing placements.

    Jan this year saw BBC6 Musics Steve Lamacq host his drivetime show live from the venue for IVW.

    Other accolades over the years have included overall winners at the Best Bar None awards for their policies and staff training, Frazer was named by WeGotTickets Indie50 in 2016; which celebrates the unsung heroes of the UK’s independent music scene.

    This year The Boileroom was the proud recipient of the 'Spirit of The Scene' award at the Music Week Awards.

    Frazer also works regularly with London Music Fund and is married to SPACE, Producer, Co-Writer and Mix Engineer to IDLES, Jame Lenman, The Prodigy amongst others. Frazer currently assists him in running their studio 'SPACE Station' based in Surrey.

    Lastly Frazer is a proud founding member of the Black Futures Expedition Club.
