    About Claire

Claire Gevaux is Director of Programme at Help Musicians UK, overseeing a programme of grant funding and services for musicians including Health & Welfare, Creative and Nations & Regions teams. She has led the holistic strategy for the charity making a difference to the creativity, careers and lives of musicians in every genre and across the whole of the UK.

With over twenty years of experience in leading cultural strategy and collaborative partnerships, Claire led the creative vision for Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park charity, The Legacy List. Curating a programme delivering over thirty projects through a series of strategic partnerships, the charity secured the cultural legacy of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Claire’s relationship with Olympic Park started in 2008 where she was integral to a pioneering team embedding permanent arts and culture into the fabric of the Park during its construction.

Before this, she spent eight years at Arts Council England, building her knowledge of charity governance, art form policy and an impressive network across all artforms. Claire is also Chair of Queens Theatre Hornchurch, and a Trustee of Chelmsford Cultural Development Trust
