In three years, Pirate Studios has grown from a single site
to a community of over 35,000 artists, with over 250 rooms spanning 20
locations across three countries. The studios are open 24/7, 365 days-a-year at
market-leading prices and sit alongside continual investment in technology,
equipment and acoustic treatment.
Whilst rehearsal studios remain the core, the offer has
diversified to include everything from writing, production and recording
facilities; to programming festivals. The live-streaming programme, ‘Pirate
Live’ provides the community with professionally mixed and mastered, HD,
multi-camera production; as well as the opportunity to stream live alongside
the hottest acts in the country. The inaugural ‘Pirate Prodigies’ talent
development programme attracted 2000 entries in a single month and is already
providing life-changing opportunities to the four winners.
Pirate Studios is not just just about rehearsals, it’s creating a genuine, artist-focused ecosystem. And it’s working.
