Andy George

Co-Founder, Lost Village Festival

Young Guns Network Presents: From Bedroom To Brand

  • 14:15 - 15:15
  • Friday 9 November
  • The Boardwalk Room

Andy George, along with long time business partner Jay Jameson, is the mind behind Lost Village - a 3-day experience, set in a secluded Lincolnshire forest, that sees participants become engulfed in a surreal journey that utilises captivating woodland, stunning set design and immersive theatre to deliver fever-dream escapism that’s impossible to predict.

Throughout the weekend revellers experience mind-blowing food from some of the UK’s most boundary-pushing chefs and restaurants, lakeside relaxation in areas such as the Energy Garden, creative workshops on Forgers Lane, world-class comedy in the Lost Theatre and a carefully curated line-up of worldwide music. Meticulously detailed in every sense, Lost Village is, at its core, a journey of discovery.

Jay and Andy began collaborating in the mid-2000’s, launching a small party for 300 people, as a way to get closer to the music they loved. It’s popularity grew at an unforeseen rate, and quickly took over their lives. Together they wrote music, launched record labels, signed artists, curated award-winning albums, presented shows on BBC Radio 1 (as well as standing in for the likes of Annie Mac, Pete Tong & Nick Grimshaw) and performed at clubs and festivals across the planet. 10 years on and they eventually came full circle - but this time they wanted to create events that encompassed everything they’d learned along the way…
