    About Alice Beal

I started my career at Island Records, where I was PA to the president there for 3 years, it was an amazing starting point for me in the world of Music! From there I decided I wanted to work in marketing, and took my first role at Polydor Records in 2012. During my time there I secured my first UK No1 single with Carly Rae Jepsen’s Call Me Maybe – which was also the first campaign that i product managed. I then moved onto VirginEMI, where I was marketing manager on the debut James Bay album Chaos and the Calm, a record that went on to be a double platinum album and secure James two Brit awards. Other campaigns include BANKS, Ella Eyre. The Vamps, and Martin Garrix. I also looked after Avicii’s first two albums, including the True campaign, which delivered more than 4.5 million UK single sales during my time. I now work as General Manager of Insanity Music – working across the Record Label and the music management business. We’ve steadily been building our Records business for the past two years, and successes have included #1 and #2 album’s for Craig David, and a top 5 debut for Tom Grennan.
