    About Ace

Ace is the guitarist and songwriter in UK rock phenomenon Skunk Anansie. Formed in 1994 they quickly went on to be one of the biggest rock bands in Britain and Europe selling over 6 million records and doing multiple sellout world tours. They tour and write new music to release through their own independent record label and merchandising set up. They have won multiple awards over the years, headlined Glastonbury and have played for Nelson Mandela and the Dalai Lama. In 2019 they were inducted into the Kerrang Wall of Fame. Ace has earned a reputation as being one of the top guitarists in the rock world as well as an author for books and magazines, a qualified teacher, a session player and a musical entrepreneur. He has also been producing and recording records professionally since 2001 and has worked on releases with many European bands. Now he is also the Director of Creative Industry Development at ACM (5 years) and founder and driving force behind The Ace Guitar Academy in Europe. He continues to run and guest teach workshops and masterclasses internationally and has an MA in Media and Project Management based in Music Education.
