Day Passes

Day Passes give access to the venue from 10:00 - 23:00 on the valid day. 3-Day Passes gives access to the venue at 10:00 - 23:00 daily from Thursday 31 October - Saturday 2 November 2019.

This event is for those aged 14 and over. 14 – 15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult (18+). ID checks will be carried out and any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 16 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund. Acceptable forms of ID are passport, driving license or ID card approved under the PASS scheme containing the official hologram. Anyone aged 14 and under arriving without an adult will be denied entry.

BBC Music Introducing Live event operates a zero tolerance policy to drugs. If you are found with drugs on your person, you will be denied entry to the event and will not be eligible for a refund. It's easy to travel to Tobacco Dock using public transport.

Nearest Train & Underground Stations
5 minute walk from Shadwell (Overground/DLR)
7 minute walk from Wapping (Overground)

15 minute walk from Tower Hill (District/Circle Line)

Travelling from London King's Cross St Pancras or Euston

Take the Northern Line to Bank, followed by the DLR to Shadwell.

Personal Assistant Tickets

We offer a 2-for-1 scheme for ticket holders with disabilities that would be unable to attend without use of a personal assistant (PA). The following supporting evidence is required:

• Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility

• Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

• Evidence of being severely sight impaired

• CredAbility Access Card +1 category requirement

• A recognised Assistance Dog ID card

Viewing Access

In order to gain access to the viewing areas, you must apply for a Viewing Area (VA) pass (available for evening gigs only), which is to be requested when filling out an Access Requirements Form, coming soon. This area is reserved solely for the use of permanently disabled customers and unfortunately not for those with broken legs, recent injuries and/ or pregnancies.

Accessible Facilities

  • Accessible entrance: There will be a separate accessible entrance, due to the main entrance being stepped. This is located right beside the main entrance and there will be a lift which goes to the ground level. There will be staff there to assist with any questions.
  • Accessible Lift: There is one lift that goes between the two floors, this is the same lift used on entry to the venue.
  • Accessible Toilets: There are accessible toilets available.
  • Assistance Dogs: We welcome any assistance dogs at BBC Music Introducing LIVE. Should you be unable to attend without one, please complete the Access Requirement Form as instructed.
  • Medical Services: There will be a medical point which will have a fridge to store any medicine, along with a wheelchair charging point.

Strobe Lighting

Due to the nature of the artists performing at BBC Music Introducing LIVE it is likely that strobe lighting will be used throughout the performances. There will not be warnings immediately before a period of strobe lighting.

Parking

Parking is limited and needs to be booked through ParkJockey, be aware that pre-booking does guarantee a space if parking in the Tobacco Dock car park.
